Section4(1)(b)(vii) The particulars of any arrangement that exist for consultations with, or representation by, the members of the public in relations to the formulation of its policy or implementation there of Public members are nominated on various bodies of University i.e. Board of Studies& Research, Faculty of the University, The Academic Council, The Executive Council and the Court etc.

Section 4(1)(b)(viii) A statement ofthe Boards Councils, Committees and other bodies consisting of two or more person constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advise, and as to whether meetinfs of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public. -Please see at manual-4(1)(b)(vii).
