Managing Mental Health during COVID -19 Outbreak

Daily exposure to coronavirus news may result in a range of reactions like, somatic, and/or behavioral. This can impact mental and physical health. The present IGU portal ‘VIVECHANA’ is in response to COVID-19 pandemics. VIVECHNA is to provide important information about these reactions to the outbreak and strategies to cope up the distress. Please keep checking this page as we add information on the specific mental health concerns having connection to COVID-19.  Students may have a variety of reactions including (but not limited to) fear, anxiety, stress, confusion, isolation, uncertainty, and depression. If you need help in coping with these feelings, please feel free to contact our counselors who will guide you in managing your mental health.
